Meet Bobby, our AI assistant

Our AI assistant now has a name: Bobby. He is in the help chat, fills in Post a job for you, and helps on a job with a problem.
Tell Bobby what you need done, and he opens Post a job and fills it in with you. You still check it and post it yourself.
Ask Bobby to find you work, and he lists open jobs that fit your skills, nearest first. Name a kind of work or a town to narrow it.
When Bobby takes a break, the chat says so, and you can still read the help articles or talk to a person from our team.

When a worker marks the work done, the employer gets an email at once with the exact time to check it by, then a reminder halfway and a last one 6 hours before the payment goes out by itself.
Home shows the work waiting to be checked and the hours left, in red for the last 12 hours.

On a staged job you can add a stage and move any stage up or down, when posting, when making an offer, and during the job.
During the job the other person agrees first, the stage running now stays first, and stages already paid do not change.

Ask the chat in Help about your own jobs, hires, offers and applications, or how Gikswork works. It can open the right screen for you.
It only reads and opens screens. It never touches money, and no wording changes that. Paying, adding money, withdrawing and refunds stay with you on the normal screens.

Tell the helper what you need in your own words, and it fills in the job for you. You check everything and post it yourself.
One message can ask for several kinds of worker on the same job.

If your kind of work is not on the list, type its name. Our team checks a new name before the job goes live, and once it is approved others can pick it too.
On a staged job you now state the whole budget, materials included. It sets the least pay and holds no money. Only you and our team see it.

Long work such as building a house can now run in named stages, each with its own pay and due date.
Only the stage now running is held. Each stage needs its own proof, and is paid before the next one starts.
Either side can propose a change to the stages, which counts only once the other agrees. Either side can end the job after the current stage.

Workers can make a CV of their finished jobs, with pictures. The first 3 are free, then each new one costs ₦200 from your wallet.
Employers can make a report of the work they paid for, always free.

Agents earn a share of Gikswork's fee on the jobs of people who sign up with their link, for 6 months after each one joins. It is paid monthly into their wallet once our team approves it.
It comes out of Gikswork's share, so it costs those people nothing. Ask to be an agent from your Invite page.

Help now has over 120 step-by-step guides with a picture of each screen, for every part of Gikswork. The help chat shows the steps under its answer.
The AI helper takes out phone numbers, emails, addresses and names before anything is sent to it, and never moves money.
Pages now say clearly when something did not load, with a Try again button, and keep what you typed when something goes wrong.

Share your invite card with your own code on WhatsApp, Facebook, X and Instagram. You get ₦500 credit when a friend starts and ₦500 after their first job, for friends who join within your first 30 days.
Standard withdrawals now cost ₦100 and arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Express costs ₦200 and arrives in about 30 minutes.
When you add money, the payment fee is shown on top before you pay.

Employers can send materials money in parts once the worker has reported for duty. Receipts settle what was spent.
If our team asks for more proof on a problem, both sides have 24 hours to send a written account and photos.
A green bar now confirms every action you take.
