How are they checked?
Their ID is checked before they can start a job, and they show photos of their work. They work inside homes, so their ID check matters even more, and you see their face photo once you hire them.
When is the worker paid?
The worker is paid when you confirm the work. If you say nothing for 48 hours after they mark it done, the payment is released by itself.
What if the work is not done well?
Raise a problem before you confirm. Our team looks at what both of you send, such as photos and messages, before any money moves.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free for employers and workers. The worker pays a 10% fee out of their pay when the job is done.
