Can I cancel a job after I accepted it?

Yes, until you start. Open the job and tap Cancel job. The employer gets all their money back and the place opens for someone else. After you add your first before photo, you cannot cancel: talk to the employer or report a problem.

Cancelling under 48 hours before the start counts on your record and you show lower in search for 7 days. Three late cancellations in 60 days pause applying for 7 days. Cancelling 48 hours or more before the start does not count. If you do not feel safe going, pick that reason: there is no penalty and our team looks into it.

   Step 3: Under Why are you cancelling?, pick I am sick or have an emergency, I cannot make that day, or I do not feel safe going.
