When can I see the rating someone gave me?

As soon as you rate them back, or 7 days after the payment went out, whichever comes first. Until then it stays hidden, and it is not counted on anyone's profile.

Ratings show on profiles as a score out of 6, with the words people wrote. Someone whose average falls under 3 after at least 5 ratings is left out of recommendations and search while our team takes a look. Nothing is paused.
