What does each amount on my Wallet mean?

The big number at the top is the cash in your wallet. Under it, the Wallet lists money that is not cash yet: Waiting 7 days, Held for your work, Held for your jobs, Set aside for your posted jobs, and Reward credit. A line only shows when it has money in it.

Recent lists your last 40 money movements, such as money added, payments for jobs, fees and withdrawals.

The worker is paid when you confirm the work. If you say nothing for 48 hours after they mark it done, the payment is released by itself.

STEP BY STEP

  1. Step 1: Tap Wallet in the tab bar at the bottom. The top card shows READY TO WITHDRAW once you can send money to your bank, from ₦10,000 with a ₦100 fee, and IN YOUR WALLET until then.

  2. Step 2: Below the card, each line says what the money is for. Waiting 7 days is from an automatic payment and shows the day it is ready.

  3. Step 3: As an employer, Held for your jobs is paid out when you confirm the work, or when the time to check ends. Set aside for your posted jobs comes back if a job is cancelled or a place is not filled.

  4. Step 4: Scroll down to Recent to see each movement with its date. Money in shows with a plus.
