How do urgent offers work?

Turn on Urgent when you post. Then you can send one offer to up to 5 people at once. It lasts 2 hours, and the first person to accept gets the place. The others are closed at once.

Urgent jobs also show higher for workers. You can take the offer back for free until someone accepts.
