What is my trust tier and how do I move up?

Employers see your tier: New, Rising Pro or Trusted Pro. You become Rising Pro after your first paid job, and Trusted Pro once you have earned ₦100,000 in pay on Gikswork and your ID is checked.

Your progress page shows how far you are, and milestones such as First job, ID verified, 5 work photos, 10 jobs with no dispute, replying in under 1 hour, and your first Excellent rating. Only you see the amount; employers see only your tier.
