How do team jobs work when I am one of several workers?

Some jobs hire several people. Each of you has your own hire, pay and job page, and you do your part like any other job.

The employer does a roll-call, ticking people as they arrive. Being ticked as Arrived checks you in, like a before photo. Only people who came are paid, and a no-show's money goes back to the employer. There is a team chat for the employer and everyone hired. Phone numbers are fine there, but paying outside the app is not: you lose your protection and Gikswork is not responsible.

   Step 1: Accept the offer and open the job as usual.

   Step 2: Arrive on time. The employer ticks you Arrived on the roll-call, or you add a before photo yourself.

   Step 3: Use the Team chat on the job's team page to talk to the employer and the others.

   Step 4: Mark your own part done with after photos, like any job.
