How does materials money work on a staged job?

Nothing is held for materials when a staged job starts. The list from the post waits under For later stages. Either of you brings items into the stage now running, and the employer approves them. Only those items are held and sent to the worker, once the employer has also confirmed they are there.

What was bought moves to Materials bought in earlier stages and is never held again. What was not bought stays on the list for the employer to approve in the next stage.
