Our team asked for more proof. What do I do?

Open the job and tap Send your proof. Write in detail what happened, at least 60 characters, add photos, and tap Send my proof. You have 24 hours from when our team asked. You can change it until the deadline.

If only one side sends proof in time, the money goes to the side that did. If neither side sends anything, our team decides. If both send, a person decides with the proof.

Do not put phone numbers or account numbers in your account. It will not be accepted.

   Step 1: Open the notification called Send your proof within 24 hours, or open the job. Tap Send your proof.

   Step 2: Check the time left and What our team asked for at the top.

   Step 3: Under Your account of what happened, write what was agreed, what was done, what went wrong and when.

   Step 4: Under Your photos, tap the camera box to add each photo.

   Step 5: Tap Send my proof. To change it later, edit the text and tap Update my proof before the time runs out.
