How do I read the applications for my job?

Open the job and tap Applications. Each one shows the person's first name and last initial, their trade, where they are (near your job, or would travel to it), the price they ask and their note.

Tap the name to see their profile. Then Send offer, Counter or message to talk about the price, or Not this time to turn them down. Their phone number and full name show only after an offer is accepted.
