How do ratings work?

After a job is paid, both sides rate each other from 1 to 6: 1 Very bad, 2 Bad, 3 Not good enough, 4 Good, 5 Very good, 6 Excellent, and say in a few words why. Neither of you sees the other's rating until both are in, or 7 days pass, so ratings stay honest.

   Step 1: When the payment has gone out, open the job from the notification or from Jobs. You see a card called Rate and the person's first name.

   Step 2: Tap a number from 1 to 6. Each one has its word, from 1 Very bad to 6 Excellent.

   Step 3: Under What went well?, tap any chips that fit. Each chip adds a short sentence to the box.

   Step 4: Write what went well or what went wrong. You need at least 10 characters.

   Step 5: Tap Submit rating. You can rate only once, and only within 7 days of the payment.
