How does the chat on Post a job help me fill it in?

At the bottom of the first two steps of Post a job there is a line that says Tell Bobby what you need and he will fill this in. Tap it and say what you want done, in plain English or Pidgin. The form fills in as you chat, and the chat asks only for what is missing, including how you want to pay: all at once, in stages, or every week or month. It suggests what fits, and you decide.

One post can hire for several roles, up to 5, like a chef and a driver. Say them all at once, and the chat asks the pay for each role, one at a time, or you can say chef 80k, driver 60k, or 50k each. It says what you set aside in total before you post. A staged job hires one person, and one post has one start date and one area, so if yours differ, the chat tells you to post separate jobs.

The chat only sets up the job. It never posts, makes an offer or touches your wallet, and it is not on the review or funding screens. You check everything and tap Continue yourself. It will not write in pay below the least pay for the work, and it leaves anything you typed yourself alone, offering a change with Use this. Material prices are rough, so confirm them with the worker before you approve. Share your area only, never a house address, phone number, NIN, BVN or bank details. You can ignore the chat and fill in the form by hand.
