Why was my photo not accepted?

A person from our team checks every worker photo. If we could not see your face clearly, the photo is turned down and the Your photo step shows why.

Add a new one: face the camera in good light, no cap, dark glasses or filters, and just you, not a group or a cartoon. Until a good photo is in, your profile stays unfinished.

STEP BY STEP

   Step 1: On Home tap Continue where I stopped, or open My profile and see what is next.

   Step 2: Open the Your photo step. If it says We could not see your face, read the reason under it.

   Step 3: Tap Take a photo and follow the three tips on the screen.

   Step 4: Tap Continue. We check the new photo, usually in less than a day, and you can carry on meanwhile.
