What happens if I do not turn up?

If you have not checked in with a before photo an hour after the start, the employer can report a no-show. They get all their money back, you get a rating of 1 out of 6 for the job, and you show lower in search for 30 days.

The first no-show is a warning. Two in 60 days means you cannot apply or accept offers for 7 days. Three in 90 days is a 30 day pause and our team reviews your account. If you cannot come, cancel early instead. If a no-show report is wrong, tell our team from Help.

   Step 1: On the day, add a before photo as soon as you arrive. That is your check-in.

   Step 2: Running late? Message the employer from the job page.

   Step 3: Cannot come at all? Tap Cancel job before the start, as early as you can.
