Why is some of my materials money frozen?

When a problem is reported on a job, the materials money that was sent to you for that job cannot be withdrawn until our team decides. You can still see it in your wallet.

Only that job's materials money is frozen. The rest of your wallet is not affected, and you can withdraw it as normal.

STEP BY STEP

   Step 1: Open Wallet and tap Withdraw. A note under Amount shows how much materials money is frozen.

   Step 2: Open the job with the problem. It shows Payment frozen and what happens next.

   Step 3: Send your side and your proof when our team asks. The money is freed once they decide.
