Can I still complain after payment went out by itself?

Yes, for 7 days. If you did not check the work within the 48 hours, the worker is paid automatically, but only half reaches their wallet at once. The rest waits 7 days, and until then you can still report a problem.

If you confirmed the work yourself with Confirm and release, that is final and you cannot complain about it later.
