How does Gikswork decide a dispute, and where do I see it?

A person on our team looks at the photos, the chat, the note, any proof you both sent and what you told the assistant. They decide how the money held for the job is split and write a reason. You both get a notification called We have decided, by email too, and the job shows the decision.

Very big decisions, above ₦500,000, are checked by a second person before any money moves. Once it is decided, you can both rate each other.

Someone who loses 3 disputes in 90 days, getting less than half of the money, is paused for 14 days from applying or posting. If you pay or get paid outside the app, you lose your protection and Gikswork is not responsible.
