Should I pick hire or find work when I join?

Right after you join we ask what brings you to Gikswork. Pick I want to hire someone to post jobs, or I want to find work to show your skills and apply for jobs.

This is not forever. You can add the other side later: tap Earn on Gikswork on Home, or Also find work in My profile, to set up a work profile.
