Where do I see replies to my help request?

Open Help and tap My help requests and replies. Tap a request to open it, read our team's reply, and answer in the box. You can also add pictures, up to 10 on one request, while it is open.

A day after a request is closed, its pictures are made very small. If it was closed more than 14 days ago, send a new request instead of replying.

   Step 1: Open Help and tap My help requests and replies.

   Step 2: Tap a request to open it. The label shows Waiting for our team, Our team replied or Closed.

   Step 3: Write your answer in Write a reply and tap Send reply.

   Step 4: To send a picture, tap Add a picture. If our team asked for pictures, the button says Send the pictures our team asked for.
