How do I use the help chat?

Tap the round chat button that floats on your screen, or open Help and tap Chat with our helper. Ask your question in a few words. The helper answers from our help articles and shows which article. It never moves money, changes your ID or decides disputes.

The arrow at the top makes the chat small: it goes back into the button, keeps your chat, and follows you from page to page. A dot on the button means a chat is waiting there. The X closes it and clears the chat. You can drag the button anywhere, and a double tap puts it back in the corner.

You need to be signed in to chat. If the helper cannot help, tap Talk to a person.
