How do I find people to hire?

Tap Find on the tab bar. Search for a trade, pick a state, and tap People. Filter with Verified ID, Certified only or a kind of work. Each card shows the first name and last initial, the trade, the area, the rating out of 6, and Online now or Active today.

Money badges, like Proven Pro, show the range a person has earned through Gikswork, from ₦50k up to ₦1m+. Exact amounts stay private. To send an offer, post the job first and open the person from Recommended on your job.

   Step 1: Tap Find on the tab bar at the bottom. Type in the search box, like Plumber, and pick your state at the top.

   Step 2: Tap People. Use Verified ID, Certified only or a kind of work to narrow the list.

   Step 3: Tap a person to open their profile. Look at ID checked, Papers checked, Reviews and Past work.

   Step 4: To hire them, post your job, open it, and tap them under Recommended. Their profile then shows Message and Send offer.
