How do I withdraw money?

You can withdraw once you have at least ₦10,000 in your wallet. Each withdrawal costs ₦100 and goes to your main bank account, which must be in your own name. It usually arrives within minutes, and we send you a message when it lands.

Pay you earned from jobs goes out by itself. If you are taking back money you added yourself and did not use, our team checks it first (see the guide on taking back unused money).

If your bank does not accept the payment, the money and the ₦100 fee come back to your wallet.

   Step 1: Open Wallet and tap Withdraw.

   Step 2: Type the amount, from ₦10,000. You see the ₦100 fee and which bank account it goes to.

   Step 3: Tap Withdraw. The screen shows when it is on its way, and you get a message when it reaches your bank.
