How do we agree a way forward on a problem?

The assistant offers three ways forward, and nothing happens unless you both pick the same one. The worker comes back to finish within a day at no extra cost, and the employer checks again. Or part of the money comes back: about 30% of the pay for what was not done. Or you talk to a person.

If you both pick part of the money back, it is applied straight away when the amount coming back to the employer is ₦20,000 or less. Above that, a person checks it first. The worker's share has the 10% fee taken off.

If you pick different things, nothing moves. Talk it through with the assistant, or pick again. If you pay or get paid outside the app, you lose your protection and Gikswork is not responsible.
