How do I get a person to look at my problem?

Open the assistant on the job and tap Talk to a person. You do not need the other side to agree. The problem goes to our resolution team with everything the assistant gathered, and a person replies within 24 hours. The payment stays frozen until then.

The other person is told, and they do not need to explain again either.
