Why can I not share my phone number in chat?

Before an offer is accepted, phone numbers, emails and links cannot be sent in chat. Once the offer is accepted, both of you see each other's contact details on the job, and a phone number in chat is fine. If the hire is cancelled, numbers are hidden again.

Bank account numbers and talk of paying outside, like WhatsApp, call me or pay cash, are never allowed, before or after. Pay only through the app. If you pay or get paid outside the app, you lose your protection and Gikswork is not responsible.

   Step 1: Open Chats from the tab bar and pick the conversation.

   Step 2: Before an offer is accepted, the line under the box reminds you that phone numbers and addresses stay hidden.

   Step 3: Once you are hired, open the job to see the name, phone number and address under NOW VISIBLE TO YOU.
