How do I check the work and release payment?

When the worker says the job is done, open the hire. Look at the photos, their note and any receipts. If you are happy, tap Confirm and release, then Yes, release. The worker is paid at once.

Releasing is final: the job closes and you cannot complain about it later. If something is wrong, tap Report a problem instead and the payment stays frozen until our team decides.

   Step 1: On Home, under Jobs in progress, tap the job that says Check the work and pay.

   Step 2: Read the top: it says the job is done and how many hours you have left. Look at the photos, the note and the receipts.

   Step 3: Happy with it? Tap Confirm and release. Check what the worker receives after the 10% fee, and what was spent on goods.

   Step 4: Tap Yes, release to pay. Not happy? Tap Not yet, then Report a problem.
