Can I pay a freelancer in cash?

Please do not. If you pay or get paid outside the app, you lose your protection and Gikswork is not responsible for anything that happens after.

Inside the app your money is held until the work is done, and our team can step in if something goes wrong. The worker is paid when you confirm the work. If you say nothing for 48 hours after they mark it done, the payment is released by itself.
