Why can I not sign in?

If you see Email or password is not right, one of the two is wrong. We use the same words for both, so nobody can find out who has an account.

After 5 wrong passwords, that phone or computer must wait 15 minutes before trying again. If you made your account with Google, sign in with Continue with Google, not with email. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? to set a new one.

   Step 1: Open Sign in. If you joined with Google, tap Continue with Google.

   Step 2: If you joined with email, tap Continue with email and check the email is spelt right.

   Step 3: Type your password carefully and tap Sign in.

   Step 4: Still wrong? Tap Forgot password? and we email you a code to set a new one.
