Can I cancel after someone accepted?

Yes, until they start the work. Before they accept, taking the offer back is free. After they accept, 10% of the service fee goes to them for keeping the day free, and the rest, with any materials money, comes back to you.

If they already bought things or travelled, they have 24 hours to show it, and our team may pay them more. Once they have started, you cannot cancel: report a problem instead.

   Step 1: Not accepted yet? Open the job, tap Offers and hires, and tap Take back under the offer. It is free.

   Step 2: Already accepted? Open the hire and tap Cancel job. It only shows before they check in with a before photo.

   Step 3: The screen shows what is held, the 10% for their time and what comes back to your wallet. Pick why you are cancelling: My plans changed, I found someone else, or Something about them worries me.

   Step 4: Tap Cancel and pay. They have 24 hours to show receipts or travel photos. If they send none, the rest comes back to your wallet.
