Check their rating, and that the person at the gate matches the one you hired. Keep valuables away and pay only in the app.

STEP BY STEP

   Step 1: Before you send an offer, open their profile. Look for ID checked, their Reviews and their Past work.

   Step 2: Once they accept, open your job and tap Offers and hires. Their full name, face photo and phone number show there.

   Step 3: At the gate, check the face matches the photo. If it is someone else, do not let them in, and report it from the hire.

   Step 4: Keep valuables away and keep chat and payment in the app. If you pay outside the app, you lose your protection and Gikswork is not responsible.
