How do I add a bank account, and why must the name match?

Open Wallet, tap Bank accounts, then Add a bank account. Pick your bank, type the 10 digit account number and tap Save account. We check the account name with your bank. You can keep up to 3 accounts.

Withdrawals can only go to an account in your own name. Once your ID is checked, the bank's name for the account must hold at least two of the names on your ID. Before that, your first name and surname must both be in it. This stops anyone who gets into your account from sending your money somewhere else.

   Step 1: Open Wallet and tap Bank accounts. You can also find it in Settings.

   Step 3: Pick your bank, type the account number and tap Save account. If it says the account is not in your name, use an account in your own name.

   Step 4: Your first account becomes the main one. Later accounts can be made main with Make main.
