How do I accept an offer, and how long do I have?

When an employer picks you, an offer shows at the top of Jobs near you. You have 24 hours to accept it, or 2 hours for an urgent job. After that it runs out.

An offer may go to more than one person, and the first to accept gets the job. Before your first acceptance you sign the work agreement, confirm your phone and check your ID. Once you accept, the pay is held in escrow for you and you both see each other's phone number and the address. Pay and get paid only in the app: outside it you lose your protection and Gikswork is not responsible.

STEP BY STEP

   Step 1: Open Jobs near you. Tap the banner that says the employer wants to hire you.

   Step 2: Check the Offer, what You receive after the 10% fee, Money for goods, when it Starts, and how long the Offer is open for.

   Step 3: Tap Accept offer. If you do not want it, tap Decline offer.

   Step 4: Read and sign the work agreement. If asked, confirm your phone with a text code and check your ID. You come back to the offer and it is accepted.

   Step 5: You see You are hired. Tap Open the job to see the address, the phone number and your job day.
